Darjeeling Gangtok Pelling Lachung (7Nights/8Days)
Itinerary
Day 1: Bagdogra to Gangtok Drop
On arrival at Bagdogra Airport our representative will greet you and you will proceed towards Gangtok. After reaching Gangtok check-in to the hotel and spend the first day of your trip to Gangtok at leisure. You can even explore MG Marg and stroll around local markets by yourself. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 2: Gangtok to Changu Lake (NathuLa Optional)
After breakfast you will proceed towards Changu Lake, considered as the sacred lake. Following this you will also visit Baba Harbajan Mandir. After this experience you will return to Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 3: Gangtok to Lachung
After breakfast you will proceed towards Lachung. Along the way admire the beauty of Seven Sister falls and Naga falls.
Overnight stay at Lachung.
Day 4: Lachung to Gangtok
After breakfast it is now time to explore Yumthang Valley. After this experience you will return to hotel for lunch and then proceed towards Gangtok. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 5: Gangtok to Pelling
Post your breakfast, you will proceed towards Pelling. In the evening you can choose to explore the local markets of the city or relax at the hotel. Overnight stay at Pelling.
Day 6: Pelling sightseeing & Darjeeling Drop
After breakfast indulge in an immersive city tour of Pelling. You will be visiting Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins, Skywalk & Helipad. After sightseeing you will proceed towards Darjeeling. In the evening you can explore the absolute delight of the Mall Road in Darjeeling. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
DAY 7: Darjeeling sightseeing
The journey starts early in the morning at 04:00 to Tiger Hill. Following this you will also visit Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery then proceed back to the Hotel. After breakfast you will proceed for another round of sightseeing covering major attractions like the Zoo, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursday), Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday), Tenzing Rock & Tea Garden. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
DAY 8 :Darjeeling to Bagdogra Airpor
After breakfast you will proceed to Bagdogra Airport. It is now time to head back home with a plethora of good memories.
